Practical information
What to bring along:
ACADEMIC CONFERENCE OF HEALTH AND WELLBEING:
– you might want to bring a notebook and pen.
– a lunch box, or money to buy food and drinks
YOGA CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS:
Please note that you need to bring YOUR OWN YOGA MAT!
We also recommend that you bring:
– a shawl or a light blanket to keep you warm during savasana/ relaxation
– a pair of warm socks for savasana
– a water bottle
– light, comfortable clothing, suitable for movement
– an extra sweather or indoor jacket
– a little notebook and pen
– a lunch box, or money to buy food and drinks
– a bag to keep your stuff in
FOOD:
We will offer some fruits and tea between the classes. Please note that you must provide your own lunch/meals when hungry, either by bringing your own food, or by taking advantage of the offers of our partners.
